Designed by Jaimie Logan Architecture, this house was built on an undeveloped site, on the ridge between Sebastopol and Petaluma Valley. The expanse of glass on the South, with retractable shades, looks over the Petaluma Valley and even offers a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean in the distance. Exterior wall finish is integral color stucco, with horizontal stainless steel metal breaks. The floors, interior doors, and built-in-place fireplace surround are all maple. Heating is radiant floor and electrical cost offset by solar roof panels.
